We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Technical Assistant. This role will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager of Operations across various aspects of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Rota Management:
Develop and maintain staff rotas for both homecare and commercial cleaning teams, ensuring compliance with all regulations and client requirements.

Manage staff leave requests and sickness absences, finding cover when necessary.

Liaise with clients to schedule homecare visits and maintain accurate appointment records.

Invoicing & Client Interface:
Process invoices for both homecare and commercial cleaning services, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Manage client accounts, including handling inquiries, updating client information, and resolving any issues related to services.

Prepare reports and documentation related to client services as required.

Project Support:
Assist the General Manager in analysing operational data and identifying areas for improvement.

Research and propose new technologies and processes to optimize efficiency and service delivery.

Assist in implementing new initiatives and projects within the operations department.

Team Management:
Provide administrative support to the homecare and commercial cleaning teams, including dealing with queries and assisting with tasks when required.

Maintain team communication by updating staff on company announcements and schedules.

Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Technical Assistant
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Desirable:

- Experience in a similar role within a care or cleaning service environment.
- Knowledge of care regulations and cleaning industry best practices.
