**Entry-Level Technology Consultant**

We are a Technology Consultancy committed to providing our employees with great opportunities. Our approach is a fresh take on engaging with both our employees and with our customers and we encourage our staff to think outside the box, unconventionally, and challenge the status quo.

We are an established company with a lot of talent and a wide customer base meaning you will have access to training and mentorship from highly experienced senior consultants whilst working with a wide variety of clients and sectors.

Our background in empowering organisations across a wide range of industries enables our team of experts to work with customers ranging from SMEs to enterprise-sized accounts and help them to achieve their aspirations and goals.

We have a flexible, collaborative approach to business. Working closely with our customers, we listen to their requirements and aim to transform their SAS environments by providing a firm foundation on which to develop enhanced processes, policies & procedures and capabilities aligned to their individual business requirements.

Our aim is to ensure our customers realise the full potential of their investment in SAS Software and that they attain a level of self-sufficiency, enabling them to manage and develop their environments to meet their business goals and aspirations.

We currently have positions available for entry-level Technical Consultants. The role presents a unique opportunity to begin your consulting career working with data management, analytics and business intelligence technology.

You will undergo intensive training and mentorship in consulting and soft skills and will be provided with the chance to gain industry certifications at appropriate stages. On top of this, you will be trained in an appropriate software platform to allow you to deliver value to our customers as quickly as possible.

You will gain exposure to on site customer engagements and become involved in different stages of the project lifecycle, further developing your consulting skill set. As a software-agnostic consultancy, we will work with you to determine the best specialism and progression for your career. Possible paths include technical consulting, pre-sales, architecture and solution design, business analysis, and installation and platform administration.

As part of our Technology team you will be responsible for:

- Implementing and supporting data management, analytics or business intelligence solutions for customers across a wide range of industries, working as part of a project team or embedded directly with the client. In both cases, you will be expected to uphold our reputation for reliable performance and customer satisfaction.
- Supporting existing customers, providing guidance and expertise and acting as a trusted advisor in your field
- Gathering and interpreting customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions; conveying those solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Supporting sales and pre-sales engagements by providing technical knowledge and advice both internally and externally with our partners
- Assisting with developing the careers of junior consultants, knowledge sharing and mentorship
- Supporting growth of the business by identifying consulting, services and software opportunities
- Representing our brand on customer sites

As part of our Technology team you are expected to be:

- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Excited by technology and opportunities to grow your skill set
- Willing to learn new software platforms

Applicants must be confident, well presented, possess strong communication skills and should be comfortable presenting ideas and solutions to groups of people.
