Our client, a leading business in the Technology services sector is seeking a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking for a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working closely with other Account managers where you will play a crucial role in delivering technical presentations to clients, conducting product demonstrations and designing solutions that meet with clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the sales team to develop and deliver compelling technical presentations to clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and confidently answer any technical questions or queries
- Work with other departments to put together technical solutions that align with customer needs
- Stay up to date on the latest technologies
- Effectively communicate technical solutions to a potentially non-technical audience
- Work in a target-driven role, working closely with Account Managers, Sales and other internal departments
- Deliver and present solutions both in person and virtually to clients and existing customers

Key Experience:

- Previous technical experience is a must, with the ability to relay technical faults and issues to a potentially non-technical audience
- A minimum of 3 years’ pre-sales experience
- Experienced conducting presentations to clients
- Strong technical knowledge of network architecture, hardware infrastructure, operating systems and software
- Understanding od cyber security solutions and cloud backups
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Confident working in a target-driven environment
- Experience in suggesting and proposing technical solutions both on time and in budget
