Customer Service Advisor/administrator

The focus of this role is to provide customer care through resolution of customer complaints and enquires, order processing, order follow-up, order return, order quotation, general account management, assist credit/collections communication and resolution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Customer related data processing and analytics

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficiency to assist customers who prefer to communicate in their preferred language
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred
- Proficient in data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

**Experience in IT industry will be considered highly beneficial.**
