We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join us. The Administrator’s role will require providing support to the office team, service users and field based staff.
The role of Administrator requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of healthcare sector legislation.
The responsibilities include creating and managing documentation, spreadsheets, and presentations, filing monthly MAR and daily logs, as well as dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
The Administrator will be managing diaries for team members, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and creating a process of recording evidence.
**Job Opportunity**:
- Knowledge of excel, word, fostering good telephone manner
- Standard office administrative practices and procedures, including the use of standard office equipment.
- Updating policies, regulations, and procedures.
- Knowledge of Care Management Software Systems.
- Basic supervisory principles and practices.
- Basic budgeting theories and principles.
- Records management principles and practices; and
- Techniques for dealing effectively with Service Users and staff, in person or virtually
**Essential Skills**:
Experience of working in the healthcare sector (desirable)
Previously worked in a care company environment
Experience dealing with or within a high-volume incoming calls and queries environment
Experience using relevant business software such as MS Office
Full UK driving licence
