**Administrator (Health Centre)**

Are you an experienced, organised administrator with strong Microsoft office skills and a high level of attention to detail? If yes, we would love to hear from you.

This is a busy, interesting and varied role undertaking all aspects of administration within our Health Centre located at Downside School. You will be responsible for general administrative duties including ensuring that all records and files are accurately maintained, co-ordinating regular outpatient appointments and being the first point of contact and core link between staff, pupils and visitors.

It is essential that you are able to prioritise your workload, have a proactive approach and previous experience in an administrative and customer-facing role. We require someone with discretion, sensitivity and a methodical and meticulous work ethic. You must also be able to work to strict confidentiality guidelines.

Downside School is an independent, co-educational boarding and day school for pupils aged 11 to 18, and one of England's oldest and most distinguished Catholic Schools. We are situated at the foot of the Mendip Hills, twelve miles south of the city of Bath.

**Contractual Details**

**Salary**: £20,893 per annum, pro rata, Actual Salary £11,652 per annum.

**Hours**: Part Time, 25 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08.00 -13.00

**Contract**: Permanent. 35 working weeks per year, 40.6 paid weeks per year.

**Start Date**: As soon as possible
