**What you would get**:

**Overview of the role**:
**What we are looking for**:
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes We don’t require high level skills, but we need basic user knowledge.
- Basic PC and typing skills.
- Good verbal communication, dealing with incoming calls, calls to and from insurers and clients.
- Ability to prioritise work effectively.
- Able to work on your own, as well as part of a team, which is sometimes noisy
- Even though we are a relaxed friendly team, we expect our team members to work to high standards.
- We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and we are dealing with people’s health, it means that you must understand the importance of what we do and the potential severity of errors.
- You must be prepared to learn general knowledge about health insurance products.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
