**Sales Administrator**

Dart Systems Ltd (part of the Rausch International Group) is a Manufacturer and Distributor of Cameras and Inspections Systems and are looking to take on a full time Sales Administrator.

We have an opening in our Sales Department for a Sales Administrator who will be customer focused dealing with the raising of quotations, Sales Order Processing and dealing with repairs and servicing enquiries.

This is a key role within a busy department, so some experience would be a benefit but a quick learner with a willingness to help and a “can do” mentality is just as important.

**Role**

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager the role will involve:

- Advising customers on the product range by phone and in person
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing quotations based on customer requirements
- Liaising with customers / suppliers
- Dealing with Service and Repair enquiries
- Booking customer shipments and arranging overseas shipping of equipment
- Input customer data on to CRM program
- Normal day to day admin duties

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
