Job Introduction
Are you looking for a Support Worker role where you can make a difference to those within the community? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our Supported Living Service team as a support worker, where you will have the chance to help promote independence and daily living tasks for our service users.

Since our service runs 24/7, we offer attractive enhancements for working unsocial hours and weekend and bank holidays shifts. By working unsocial hours (between the hours of 8pm and 8am) and Saturdays, you will receive basic pay rate plus 33%. For Sundays and Bank holidays, we offer basic rate of pay plus 50%

Main Responsibilities
You will be based primarily in Radstock but the role includes travelling to service users homes who live in the Bath and North East Somerset area.

You will be **making a difference** to the lives of people within your community. The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Supporting service users in a person-centred way with their assessed needs; this could include shopping, cleaning, budgeting, personal care.
- Being a key worker and lead on ensuring support plans and risk assessments are up to date.
- Provide personal care to service users in a sensitive and dignified manner.
- To administer and offer medication in accordance with the HCRG Care Group Medication Policy.

We are looking for someone who is passionate and enthusiastic about working within social care and wants to join a team who makes a difference to service users.

Since this is a community-based role, a full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

Package Description
