**Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant - Alnwick - 16-20 hours per week**

I'm seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join my fantastic client's team in managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create weekly employee rotas
- Process payroll and timesheets accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor, code, and handle invoices from various suppliers.
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence effectively.
- Organize events and collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful coordination.
- Schedule appointments and manage personal calendars for the team.
- Support new team members in understanding procedures and maintaining standards for general tasks.
- Conduct research, price comparisons, and handle the purchase of necessary supplies.

**Personal Specification**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially Excel.
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing priorities.
- Takes ownership and demonstrates accountability, making decisive decisions to resolve immediate issues.
- Demonstrates integrity in all aspects of work.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
