Administrative & Operations Hotel Senior Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Hotel Manager in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Supervise and train hotel staff.
- Monitor and manage hotel inventory, including room availability and reservations
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue management
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to quality standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Supervise and provide guidance to staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee the coordination of administrative activities such as record keeping, document management, and data entry
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual or bilingual proficiency is a plus
