Duties and Responsibilities:

- Maintain and reconcile accounting records, including accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank accounts, and credit card accounts
- Prepare financial statements and reporting
- Prepare payments and deposits
- Manage receivables and follow up with outstanding payments
- Prepare and submit payroll as required
- Enter data accurately and efficiently into QuickBooks
- Maintain a system of internal controls to ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported
- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as needed

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a bookkeeper
- Excellent knowledge of QuickBooks
- Hands-on experience with accounting software
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- High degree of reliability and trustworthiness

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22 per week

**Salary**: £13.00 per hour
