**As a Customer Service Advisor, your responsibilities will include**:

- Dealing with any queries promptly and appropriately
- Inputting orders onto the CRM system, and keeping this updated with consistency
- Building relationships and providing a high quality customer service
- Maintaining quality standards at all times whilst following GDPR/data protection rules

**We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with the following skills and experience**:

- Some experience in a customer service type position is ideal
- Strong communication, relationship building and problem-solving skills
- A brilliant phone manner, easy to talk to, empathetic & happy to chat to customers
- A positive, proactive, motivated individual with a cracking sense of humour
- Have a big personality and be happy to work collaboratively as part of the team
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM’s

**In return, the successful Customer Service Advisor will receive a salary of up to £24,000, plus the following benefits**
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays

**Duties**:

- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about our products and services
- Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Analyzing customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions
- Processing customer requests, such as opening new accounts or updating account information
- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of financial services products and terminology is a plus
