Friday home working
9.00am - 5.00pm
The Recruitment Administrator is critical to the delivery of our business and the service we offer our client accounts. Using a keen eye for detail, you will be responsible for supporting the Consultants with their day to day administration tasks. As wellas this you will be reaching out to active applicants completing initial screening calls and adding information to the CRM.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- First point of contact for all calls
- Creating vacancies on the recruitment system (CRM) for the Consultant to check
- Advertising vacancies on various platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Reed.co.uk and Indeed
- Assessing applicants and completing basic telephone screening
- Proof reading documents, CV’s and cover letters
- Formatting documents for the consultants
- Creating offer records
- Communicating with the team to ensure they and the CRM system are kept up to date
- Arranging meetings and confirming
- Diary management, entering appointments with all supporting documents and numbers
- Managing spreadsheets and social media posts
**Qualifications**
There are not any specific qualifications needed for this role, however you will have knowledge/experience of:
- Experience in a fast-paced admin’ or process driven environment
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Show initiative whilst working under pressure and dealing with multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to overcome problems with a positive attitude
- Logical, systematic along with an organised approach
