Cleaning Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Services Manager to join our team at Smart 1 Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cleaning contract administration, including operational planning, customer liaison, and staff management.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract management and supervisory roles within facilities management or cleaning services. They will be able to lead a team, manage budgets, and provide excellent customer liaison skills. If you are a determined and innovative individual with excellent social and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of cleaning contract administration
- Oversee the performance of contracts with clients
- Lead a team of directly employed staff
- Manage budgets and provide reports
- Provide excellent customer liaison skills
Requirements:
- Previous contract management experience
- People-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Able to manage budgets and resources effectively
Benefits:
