This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Administration Specialist to join our team at Smart 1 Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of cleaning contract administration, including operational planning, customer liaison, and staff management.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in contract management and supervisory roles within facilities management or cleaning services. They will be able to lead a team, manage budgets, and provide excellent customer liaison skills. If you are a self-confident and resourceful individual with excellent social and interpersonal skills, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational planning at contract level
  • Customer liaison and issue resolution
  • Management of directly employed staff
  • Budget management and reporting
  • Recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Contact point for enquiries from various departments
  • Stock control and provision of Site Reference Manuals

Requirements:

  • Previous contract management experience
  • People-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to manage budgets and resources effectively

Salary and Benefits:

  • An attractive salary range of £31,000 - £36,000 per annum
