**Marketing Administrator**

As the Administrator your role will be varied, and no 2 days will be the same. You will be providing PA support such as managing travel arrangements and ensuring a seamless experience whilst the CMO is travelling including car rental and hotel bookings.You will have exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and be collaborative, happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in within a demanding and dynamic environment.

**Marketing AdministratorResponsibilities**:
The role is extremely varied and will include but not be limited to:

- Diary management and prioritisation
- Travel arrangements for CMO and CEO
- Managing communications and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Organising and scheduling meetings and workshops
- Providing PA and administrative support
- Collating marketing packs
- Filing and printing
- Developing successful working relationships with staff across marketing and wider departments

**Marketing AdministratorExperience**:
Our client is looking to recruit a professional, confident and reliable individual with proven and extensive administration experience in a hands-on, and varied role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be essential to build professional and effective working relationships, as well as the ability to inspire the trust of colleagues when dealing with difficult and confidential matters, and to work ina fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

A proactive and collaborative self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, who can hit the ground running.

You will be organised and meticulous and happy to work autonomously to get projects started and chase others to get the job done when required. You will be professional, versatile and the ‘go to’ person for problem solving or making sure that nothing slipsthrough the net.

Experience of using Microsoft Office and Outlook Calendar is essential. If you have experience of organising events and workshops this would be advantageous.

**Location**

Our client’s office is based in Grove near Wantage (OX12), where parking is available.

This role will be based at the office initially, although once you are trained hybrid working will be possible although if the CMO or CEO are on-site then you will be expected to be in the office and so must be prepared to commute to Wantage as required.
