To provide high level support to the Senior Management Team, including administrative services, diary management, meeting management

Act as a focal point within the department in managing internal communications. Ensure smooth running of the office through maintaining office systems including the development and maintenance of paper and electronic filing systems to ensure safe transfer and storage of information

To respond to telephone enquiries often of a confidential nature for the department, from all staff groups, patient’s relatives and carers providing information. Providing information, prioritising queries as appropriate in a prompt and pro-active manner
