Lettings Administrator

**Responsibilities to Include**:
- Daily Banking, Allocation of Rent, and Payments to Landlords,
- Administrating and Processing Contractor Invoices and Payments,
- Rent Chasing,
- Answering Telephone Calls / Greeting Clients In Office,
- Register Searching Applicants,
- Arrange, Confirm and Follow Up Viewings,
- Complete Tenancy Administration Process,
- Arrange Works Orders/Quotations for Repairs,
- Process Card Payments,
- Handle General Enquiries from Landlords and Tenants,
- General Office Administration - Filing, Scanning, Post, Cleaning of Work Area,
- Opportunity to attend Viewings and Property Inspections if already experienced, and correct business insurance is in place.
Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Alternative Saturday's on a 3-weekly rotation system from 9am - 1pm.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time
**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
