As part of our ongoing efforts, we are seeking a dedicated Eco4 Submission Admin Staff to join our team and support our eco-friendly initiatives.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the Eco4 submission process, including receiving, reviewing, and organising submissions from internal teams our installer partners.

2. Maintain accurate records of all submitted materials and ensure that all required documentation is complete and in compliance with program guidelines

3. Communicate with installers to provide guidance on the submission process, answer inquiries, and offer support as needed.

4. Collaborate with the sustainability team to evaluate submissions and provide administrative support for the review process.

5. Assist in the development and implementation of promotional materials and communications related to the Eco4 program.

6. Generate reports and maintain data related to submission metrics, program participation, and environmental impact assessments.

7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Eco4 program and submission process.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative roles, particularly in managing documentation, data entry, and record-keeping.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

A passion for environmental sustainability and a commitment to promoting eco-friendly practices within the organization and the broader community.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Knowledge of environmental regulations, sustainability standards.

2. Experience in coordinating or supporting environmental programs, initiatives, or projects.

3. Familiarity with data analysis on EPC’s

Other Duties
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning documents
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From £10.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
