We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. As a Warranty Administrator you will ensure that the warranty process is maintained in accordance with the requirements of the franchises that the Furrows Group represents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review the claims submitted by each dealership location.
- Ensure the warranty process has been correctly followed and appropriate

supporting documentation is held to facilitate accurate completion of the warranty claim.
- Submit warranty claim through manufacturer system on a timely basis.
- Ensure adherence and compliance with manufacturer requirements for claim

submission.
- Liaise with respective service managers to ensure:Changes to warranty process are adequately communicated.

Identified issues are communicated and dealt with immediately.
- Rejected warranty claims are dealt with on a timely basis and reason for rejection communicated to relevant service manager.
- Monitor daily statements, and outstanding claims resolving any issues to obtain payment.
- Manage storage of completed claims and supporting documentation.
- Attend relevant training courses as and when required.
- Mentor and develop existing warranty team.
- Maintain strong working relationship with service managers and manufacturers

**Requirements**:

- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good mechanical knowledge would be an advantage.
- The ability to manage your own workload and work on your own initiative.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.

**Hours of work**:Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm (40 hours per week).

**Salary**:£27,000 per annum, with a review after six months.

**Salary**: Up to £27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Telford, TF1 2FF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
