Returns & Warranty Administrator - Permanent - Telford

L & C Consulting are recruiting with a well-established manufacturing company in Telford for a new Customer Service / Returns Administrator. This new, permanent Customer Service focused role will suit an experienced Sales Administrator / Customer Service Admin / Service Co-ordinator who is looking for a role, with growth opportunities. within a well-established, secure business. Looking to interview soon

Duties will include (but not be limited to):

- Support customers over product issues / faults
- Organise deliveries & collections
- Relevant paperwork & reporting
- Handle claims paperwork

To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have a proven background in office based, customer service / sales administration roles. Ideally you’ll have worked within manufacturing or within a role where you have supported field based engineers.

You’ll have a stable work history, be well organised and have excellent communication skills.

You’ll ideally be available at short notice, but the company will wait a months’ notice for the right person.

Monday - Thursday, 09:00 - 17:00, early finish Fridays (35 hour working week).

The Telford site is accessible from parts of Telford and is also commutable from Shrewsbury, Market Drayton, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Stafford, Perton, Wolverhampton, Shifnal etc
