Accounts Payable Administrator

**We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as an Accounts Payable Administrator in our Telford office.**
Corb are Electrical & Mechanical Contractors, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance with commercial and retail clients across the UK.

**The role will involve duties such as**:
- Processing invoices (1,000 average per month)
- CIS Deductions
- CIS Submission for monthly return
- Raising purchase orders
- Running payment proposal for mid and end of month pay runs
- Marking invoices as paid for remit
- Distributing remittance advices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Querying invoices back to suppliers
- Dealing with all inbound payables calls
- Ordering trade cards / fuel cards and allocating
**Payables experience essential.**

The required hours would be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm with a 45 minute unpaid break.
Pay: £26,000.00 per year
