Job Title: Payroll and Accounts Administrator
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Telford
Hours of Work: 32-37.5 hours per week
Rate: Circa £13 per hour
We are working with a growing business in Telford who are looking for a Payroll and Accounts Administrator on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end monthly payroll for employees, calculating and processing statutory deductions, and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll for employees.
- Calculate and process statutory deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance, and pension contributions.
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all changes are updated promptly.
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding payroll matters.
- Run payroll reports.
- Purchase ledger inputting.
- Ad hoc accounts administration when required.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will need experience of working in a similar role and be confident running end-to-end payroll. Experience with using a time management system would also be an advantage.
