**What You Will Do:**

- Utilise your excellent computer skills to manage and streamline office tasks.

- Take charge of purchasing stock and sourcing quotes to support business operations.

- Communicate effectively, emailing quotes to customers and responding promptly to their enquiries.

- Showcase your expertise with SAGE 50 by inputting critical data and managing financial records.

- Answer incoming calls, providing first-class service to customers and updating order information accurately.

- Support the sales team by processing orders and liaising with customers, ensuring a seamless experience.

**What You Will Bring:**

- Proven experience in a customer service-focused role, with a solid background in administration.

- Mandatory experience with SAGE line 50.

- A keen interest or background in the automotive industry is advantageous.

- Exceptional computer literacy, especially in Excel, to manage and analyse data efficiently.

- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, with an ability to work effectively under pressure.
