Key responsibilities:

- On-going team development and objective setting
- Build, develop and nuture positive client relations
- Key liaison point for internal colleagues within business development and account management teams and external client contacts.
- Effectively administer the onboarding of new clients and take ownership for a positive customer experience
- Regularly report, update and present to the Senior Management Team on progress, opportunities and threats
- Manage all internal and external communications effectively and inline with company ethos, values etc
- Make effective use of CRM systems

Skills and experience required:

- Proven track record in a similar Customer Service or Account Manager role to include leadership of teams
- Passion for motivating and leading others to include goal setting, KPI monitoring etc
- Experience in dealing with inbound customer queries ideally in a contact centre environment
- Experienced in making the best use of CRM and IT systems
- Good communication skills, internally and externally with the ability to flex approach accordingly
- People focussed
