Key Responsibilities:- Respond to client enquiries in a timely manner using live chat and email to ensure a positive outcome.
- Manage contracts and paperwork, including entering data into our in-house computer system.
- Send system-generated letters when required.
- Work closely with all teams to ensure constant up-to-date knowledge of all areas of the business.
- Provide ad-hoc support as and when required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role.
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy with attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Ability to prioritise workload and perform well in busy periods.
A competitive salary of £25,600, plus excellent benefits. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to work in a varied role within a busy team. It is essential that you have your own transport, as this location cannot be reached on public transport.
