**Customer Services Officer - Waveney Norse**

- **Shift Pattern**:Monday - Thursday 8.30-17.00 & Friday 8.30-16.30

Working in partnership with East Suffolk Council, Waveney Norse provide key operational frontline services to the local communities within the Lowestoft area. We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Services Officer to join our well-equipped team at our Waveney Norse Depot on Rotterdam Road in Lowestoft on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working within a busy team, you will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for all customers, providing a comprehensive and efficient customer and administrative support service for Suffolk Coastal Norse and/or Waveney Norse. Within this role, you will be required to:

- Provide a high quality of service at all times and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with promptly.
- Ensure value for money is achieved and that expenditure is in accordance with Company and Services priorities
- Work closely with partner customer service teams to ensure the Admin and Customer Services team contributes positively to both partnership and business.

- Previous Customer Services & administration related training/experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to communicate effectively with members of the public, traders plus operational and office based staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Able to organise and prioritise own workload to achieve deadlines.
