**Junior Clerk**

At Butterfly Days, we rely on Healthcare Assistants, Support Workers and Reablement Support to ensure that our service users are well cared for within their own homes. Behind the scenes, we have a team of staff who work to coordinate and manage all aspects of our service.

An Office Clerk will be responsible for carrying out clerical duties in the business.

**Main responsibilities as a Junior Clerk**:

- Assist with Data Input
- Filing and Organising
- Answering Phone Calls and responding to enquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide General Administrative Support
- Other General Office Duties

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent 10am-3pm 30 Hours (Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate Dependent on age and Experience.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Typing skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Interpersonal skills
