Safeguarding Team Administrator

The Central London Community Health NHS Trust (CLCH) Safeguarding Service is seeking to recruit an administrator in a 6-month fixed term role to cover maternity leave in an established team.
The post holder should be proficient in using Excel, Word. PowerPoint and Microsoft resources and have experience of working with NHS systems such as SystmOne and EMIS.
The post holder will work under the direction of the safeguarding business manager and administrators and will have regular one to one meetings to ensure they feel supported, especially as the role can include working with sensitive information.

The post holder will work with the Safeguarding Team Administrators to deliver a safe, efficient, and effective administrative service to the wider safeguarding team.
**As a safeguarding administrator you will be required to**:
Provide secretarial and administrative duties as assigned for the Safeguarding Team
Cover work as delegated to ensure service delivery when colleagues are on leave
Maintain personal development to meet the organisational needs of the role.
Engage with one to one to ensure support is in place regarding undertaking the role and your personal development and wellbeing.
