You will need to have a experience of using SystmOne /EMIS and processing data using excel/Word/ Canva and be aware of quality improvement initiatives.

The role of the Safeguarding Administrator is to support the CLCH Safeguarding Team to deliver their key performance indicators (KPI) through the collation, analysis and presentation of a variety of safeguarding data to ensure the delivery of a safe, efficient, and effective service outcomes.

The Safeguarding Administrator will work as part of a Safeguarding Administration Team, with work coordinated by the Safeguarding Administration Team Manager and senior safeguarding professionals.

**As a safeguarding administrator you will be required to**:
1. To undertake administrative duties as assigned, including cover for colleagues when on leave
2. To collate, analyse and prepare data using word/excel to inform safeguarding reports
3. To cover the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) phone rota as required
5. To take minutes for meetings as requested
6. To complete training and appraisal to support personal development and role competencies
7. To engage with the safeguarding work streams
8. To attend one-to-one and team meetings
