Join Our Team as a Safeguarding Team Manager

Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do at Leaders In Care. We are seeking an experienced Safeguarding Team Manager to join our Assessment and Safeguarding team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices. You will be responsible for leading a team of social workers and other professionals to assess and manage risks to children and young people. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing effective safeguarding strategies to protect vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of social workers and other professionals to assess and manage risks to children and young people
  • Develop and implement effective safeguarding strategies to protect vulnerable individuals
  • Collaborate with other agencies and professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to safeguarding
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively
