Authorities admin - Temp to perm - Full time - Bury St Edmunds

Daily duties:
Approve costs for vehicle repairs (including mechanical and bodywork)

Request written estimates, vehicle health checks and pre-MOT checks

Return approved order numbers to our approved network dealer network

Research & source alternative part supply

Liaise with clients and accounts department as necessary to obtain PO numbers

Update costs, notes and status codes on client databases

Approve and update rental/refrigeration costs on client database

Deliver written proposals to de-fleet vehicles beyond repair due to excessive costs

Arrange for independent engineers to attend training and updates

Person Specification:
Administration knowledge

Strong negotiator

Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word, Outlook & Excel)

Effective communicator (written & verbal)

Excellent telephone manner

Team player
