If you answered yes to the above, we have the perfect opportunity for you. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior clinical administrator to join the West Suffolk Memory Assessment Service to support the service expansion and development.

**Main duties of the job**:
You will manage the administrative leadership of the service, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner. The post will also include providing support to the team manager and other clinical staff.

You will be able to work flexibly to meet service needs. Experience of working to deadlines, on your own initiative and maintaining strict confidentiality are essential.

The role is for a senior administrator who will have managerial responsibility for the administrative process and team within a busy community-based service.

This role is office based, with hybrid working opportunities, where appropriate, and suits an individual who is seeking to develop their administrative career.

- NVQ 3 Business Administration or equivalent or willing to work towards

- Knowledge of trust electronic record system

- Understanding and experience in a full range of Administration systems gained through senior level
- Working on own initiative without supervision

- Day to day line management
