**Contract Support**

We are currently looking for an Contract Support to join our enthusiastic team at Jordan Environmental part of HSL Compliance, one of the leading companies in the legionella compliance industry providing services to Local Authorities and Housing Associates throughout the UK.

**Job Purpose**

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Contract Support’s role is to provide the Contract Manager with support to manage all operations in the business area and to provide them with support to control the activities of staff to achieve the best possible financial and operational performance of the area. Provide the Contract Manager with support to ensure the areas contribution to Regional Objectives is achieved or exceeded. It will also include liaising with customers to ensure all Jordan Environmental work processes are carried out in line with the customers’ needs and requirements.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- On receipt of an order ensure the CRM system (Clik) is updated to contain all relevant information, and any relevant job/contract is set up and passed to the Contract Manager.
- Book in scheduled and reactive works for your assigned area.
- Carry out invoicing on Clik ensuring that the all details on the invoice match the corresponding order / works completed.
- Review and save all incoming paperwork that is returned to Clik daily, and pass any non-conformances or additional information to the Contract Manager.
- Updating programmes and supporting Contract Manager
- Processing all completed digital thermal control sheets.
- Recording all outstanding WIP figures and pass to Contract Manager at the end of each month.
- Check all incoming sample results and pass out of specification results to Contract Manager.

**General Administration**
- Providing information as required by the central services department
- Maintain CRM system
- Deal with daily enquires from service engineers and customers
- Raise jobs to engineers when they require additional works
- Maintain a safe working environment for self and others.
- Ensure the office supplies are maintained to fulfil staff requirements.
- Ensure efficient and effective use of equipment and consumables with due consideration of environmental requirements.

**Customer Care**
- Liaise with customers to ensure all Jordan Environmental work process are carried out in line with the customers’ needs and requirements.
- Assist the other Contract Supports and Contract Managers in their absence from the Office by dealing with all customer phone calls promptly and courteously. Deal with logging of customer, sites and suppliers enquiries / complaints, ensure they are delegated

**Experience, Skills & Requirements**
- Excellent customer service and communication, both written and verbal
- Strong administration and strong ICT skills
- Highly organised, with a keen eye for detail and an effective team player
- GCSE grade C and above in English and Mathematics

**Package**
- 23 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
