**Business Development Manager - Barnet**

**Salary: From £30,000 per annum**

***If so then please get in touch as we are seeking a number of experienced Account Managers to join our established teams based in Central & West London

As an Account Manager, you will identify the key employers and sectors and those which are currently experiencing, or are expected to experience, significant growth and work with them to enable participants to access these opportunities.

The role requires establishing and maintaining close working relationships with local employers, advisors, Ingeus participants and other key partners.

**What youll be doing**
- Creating, building & maintaining strong & effective relationships with new & existing employers to generate vacancies or supported opportunities for Ingeus participants
- Confidently & effectively selling the Ingeus Employer Services offer to new and potential employers, utilising various marketing tools, social media, online and web-based meeting and conference (webinar) tools and self-sourcing opportunities aligned withtheir area of expertise or sector.
- Making regular contact with all key employers with repeat vacancies, conducting fortnightly meetings at a minimum with all major employers and account managed relationships where ongoing recruitment is occurring

**What were looking for**
- Previous Business Development or Sales experience; sourcing vacancies & building a strong client database
- Strong understanding of local employment market, sectors and local employment trends and challenges
- Knowledge of local labour market trends and drivers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentational skills
- Able to effectively network to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
