We are currently looking to recruit an experienced sales / customer service person to work in our CST department.

Product knowledge of flooring or timber materials would be desirable, but is not necessary.

**Job description, including their routine daily duties**:
Being responsible for processing customer orders.

Liaising with internal departments

Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies

Working within established guidelines, particularly with product brands, and building up a strong product knowledge of timber doors and flooring.

Reporting discrepancies and problems to the manager.

**The personal skills that are required for the job**:
Having a friendly and engaging personality.

Comfortable speaking on the telephone with a confident & polite telephone manner.

Must be driven, and able to work independently.

A background in B2C or B2B would be preferred.

A background in timber and/or flooring would be strongly preferred.

Should be articulate and have good writing skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £19,260.93-£21,000.00 per year
