As a Body Shop Advisor at Drive Motor Retail, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts. Your role will revolve around providing outstanding service, assisting customers with their vehicle repair needs and ensuring the customers experience with us is as positive and hassle-free as possible.

- Basic Salary £25,000 - OTE £26,200

**Responsibilities**:

- Consult and keep customers informed as to understand their vehicle repair requirements.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs.
- Maintain excellent communication throughout the repair process.
- You will be responsible for the administration of all Bodywork matters including receptionist duties, bookings, courtesy car diary control, recovery driver’s diary and customer call backs.
- These tasks require excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail and a quality focus that is second to none.
- You are expected to maintain up to date knowledge on Bodyshop procedures and developments and be able to clearly communicate these to the customer.
- As the first point of contact for customers the role requires a motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication skills.
- Your duties will be supporting the whole Bodyshop department, booking in cars, liaising with insurance and car hire companies, general administration and customer service duties whilst always ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of basic automotive terminology and repair processes is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£26,200.00 per year
