We require a committed and experienced **Recruitment and Training Officer **to work for our well established client based in **Oxford, Oxfordshire**

**About the role**:
As **Recruitment and Training Officer **your duties will be:

- Manage the recruitment, selection and interview process for our client using latest technology approaches.
- Design and deliver Induction training to all new customer service advisors, team supervisors and team leaders.
- Liaise with Human Resources and external providers (as required) to help develop the training materials in line with the corporate strategy.
- Support all organisational initiatives and provide the additional training where required to ensure all staff members can operate efficiently.
- Actively contribute to and facilitate Customer Services projects and/or corporate projects, preparing reports and attending meetings as requested.
- Responsibilty for a Customer Service training and development budget.

**About you**:

- Experience and knowledge of working in a customer service environment.
- Proven experience as a coach and mentor.
- Proven experience of delivering successful training programmes in a customer service centre environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Valid driving licence, and ability to travel between office locations
- Must be able to reliably commute to the Oxford office.

**The details**:
This is a full-time, temporary role until 2nd April 2023, with the possibility of extension. 37 hours per week across Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 & Sat-Sun 09:00-17:00
