Accounts Administrator

Our client is looking to appoint an Accounts Administrator on a full time temporary basis to be based in their Inverness Office. Duties include:
- Processing and reconciliation of ledgers.
- Carrying out reconciliations.
- Updating and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Matching, batching, coding and inputting invoices for payment.
- Dealing with discrepancies.
- Liaising with suppliers.
- Gaining payment authorisation from various departments.
- Updating and maintaining accurate supplier records.
- Use of MS office as well as in house financial software.
- Additional ad hoc accounts administration duties.
**Person specification**:
- Previous experience in a similar accounts/reconciliations role.
- Strong numerical skills and the ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience of MS Office as well as financial software systems.
- Able to pick up new systems and procedures with ease.
