**About the Role**

**Base Location**: Perth or Inverness

**Salary**: £30,273 to £35,194 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

**Working Pattern**: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The duties and responsibilities of the Operations Support Co-ordinator are:

- Coordinate administrative, financial, organisational and commercial support to the Transmission Asset Management & Operations and Digital teams.
- Ensuring all data processed is accurate and submitted on time.
- Regular communication with external vendors and SSE's Accounts Payable.
- Routine reporting on key data.
- Financial awareness of R&M budget and work to strict deadlines to allow for staff salaries and financial commitments to be met.

**What do I need?**

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

- Strong business knowledge in core discipline, with good knowledge of all departments and functions in Transmission.
- Ability to create strong relationships with AM&O team members, engineers, managers, procurement, accounts payable and external vendors.
- Good understanding of legal and regulatory obligations for Transmission.
- Excellent understanding of Harmony and other internal systems.
- Diligence and ability to determine critical issues, escalation processes and issue resolution.
