Our client is looking to appoint an Administrator on a temporary basis. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and involves providing a range of administrative support within a busy department.

Our NHS based client is looking to appoint an experienced Administrator initially on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. Duties will be varied and include the following:

- Provision of extensive administrative support to Service Managers.
- Booking meeting rooms and co-ordinating meetings with delegates.
- Updating and maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Liaising with various internal contacts to schedule meetings.
- Diary management.
- Responding to general enquiries.
- Ad hoc project administration.

**Person specification**
- Strong administrative and IT skills.
- Previous minute taking experience an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
