We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Secretary to work at our Regional Headquarters in Inverness on a permanent contract for 22.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the PA/Office Manager, the role includes providing an effective level of secretarial and administrative support to the Management Team of the North Region.

Duties will include typing various correspondence, reports, and other appropriate documentation, maintaining administrative files, processing of payroll, managing several databases, taking and typing of minutes of meetings, and supporting other staff in the day to day running of a busy administration office.

The 22.5 hours will ideally be worked Wednesday to Friday, however this can be discussed in further detail at interview.
