**Duties**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address inquiries, provide information, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain detailed call logs and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Process and manage supply orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers to maintain inventory levels.
- Track and report on order status and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Computerise data and maintain electronic filing systems
- Type correspondence and reports accurately
- Perform general Administrative and Clerical duties as needed
- Conduct Data entry tasks with precision
- Accurately enter and update data in various systems and databases.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Generate and analyze reports as needed.
- Organize and manage electronic and paper files and documents.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Punjabi Language preferred
