Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team. The Sales Administrator will provide administrative support to the sales department and assist in ensuring smooth operations. This is a vital role in maintaining effective communication and coordination between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Prepare sales reports and presentations using computerized software
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Coordinate sales meetings, conferences, and events
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Note: All positions at our company are paid positions.

**Salary**: From £24,000.00 per year
