Brief:
Position Overview:
As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the company. This position involves handling various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient document management, and providing excellent customer service.
**Duties**:
- Answer incoming calls and address general inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information and assistance.
- Review and assess incoming documents for compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure documents meet required criteria.
- Maintain an organised system for document tracking and filing.
- Input certificate details into an in-house system.
- Place orders for company consumables.
**Experience**:
- Previous administration work experience is essential.
- Proficient in PC operations, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Working Hours:
This is an office-based role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
