As a Self-Pay & Contracts Officer at Highgate Hospital, you will provide an outstanding service to various internal and external stakeholders. You will be a conscientious individual with a helpful, supportive approach and a natural flair for communicating with strong organisation and administration skills.

**As a Self-Pay & Contracts Officer, you will**:
Liaise with patients via telephone to arrange appointments as well as making follow up calls
Liaise with Consultants, NHS Stakeholders and GP’s regarding referrals
Work closely with the Theatre department to schedule procedures
Provide quotes for self
- pay enquiries
Complete general administrative tasks, such as formatting confirmation letters, and making up medical files

IT literate willing to learn inhouse systems and have confident mailbox management
Excellent customer service and time management skills
A professional telephone manner
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure, in both a team and individually
Experience in appointment bookings (preferred)

Our services and treatments

Following a £15 million redevelopment and expansion programme, we offer a wide range of healthcare services. These include:

- a private GP service
- outpatient clinics
- diagnostic imaging
- physiotherapy
- a pharmacy service
- treatment or surgery in most branches of medicine

We can care for you, from your initial appointment with a consultant and diagnostic tests, through to surgical treatment and rehabilitation. There are mínimal waiting times for tests and treatment.

Our expert team

Highgate Private Hospital works with over 150 consultants and other specialists in London. Many of these healthcare professionals also work in the NHS and are leaders in their field.

We employ more than 100 hospital staff, including highly experienced nurses. All of our nurses are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
