We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to develop new business with merchants, identifying and executing new deals with large Strategic e-commerce merchants and expanding the Amazon Pay merchant base.

This role will be responsible for new business end-to-end, including understanding market dynamics, evaluating new merchant opportunities, conducting merchant outreach, negotiating term sheets and agreements, and driving to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with large e-commerce merchants at the most senior levels.
  • Drive content for internal business communications highlighting various initiatives, successes, and platform improvement opportunities through the voice of the merchant.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting merchant categories and establish periodic reviews to address key business issues.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
