Property Administrator

Dempster Management Services Ltd are a small, independent block and estate management company located in Marple. We primarily operate in South Manchester and the High Peak. You will be part of a small, yet growing team providing a pro-active and personal service to our clients.
The duties include:
- General administration duties;
- Filing, Photocopying, Scanning and dealing with incoming post;
- Answering telephone;
- Secretarial including typing letters for property manager;
- Assisting with development handovers;
- Maintaining Company House records;
- Preparing Section 20 documentation, agendas and minutes of meeting;
- Preparing service charge demands and reminders;
- Preparation of leasehold property enquiry forms (LPE1) and assisting with enquiries raised by solicitors;
- Liaising with insurance companies, utility companies and others as necessary;
- Maintaining keys, fobs and codes for developments.
- Will ideally have previous experience in a similar position.
- Will have good written and oral communication skills.
- Will be highly organised and methodical.
- Will have the ability to build excellent relationships with existing staff, directors and leaseholders.
- Will have strong attention to detail.
- Will be able to work well as part of a team and on their own if required.
