Property Management Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual with a property management background to join our team as a Property Management Administrator for our growing maintenance and construction company.

**This role is Monday to Friday with no weekends, 8am - 5pm.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of works orders from start to finish understanding the complexities of maintenance issues that arise.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of works orders.
- Maintain a diary management system.
- Prepare detailed quotations for quote requests from various sources.
- Manage payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.
- Prepare and process invoices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative, property management roles, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
